Our supporters

We would like to give a MASSIVE thank you to our supporters so far, please support these local businesses and community groups, they are all run by super amazing people!

Gecko NZ Trust are our umbrella organisation and help us with funding and facilitating our projects. They also have great knowledge on pollinator friendly planting and native restoration. Check out there website here!

The Waitemata Board have been a great support for Pollinator Pathss and have agreed to fund our first project in Grey Lynn! They are a great bunch of people that really care about their communities and making them better, if you have a great idea don't be shy to contact them!

Aecom have helped fund this project and provide expert advice.

They have been extremely supportive of Andrea Reid and her vision to create an interconnect biological web for pollinators throughout Auckland City. http://www.aecom.com/

'For the Love of Bees' is one of our biggest collaborators. We have lots of great collaborations planned with them in the future, from Pasture Paintings along our Grey Lynn route, to Pollinator Workshops in the Griffiths Garden. We also get involved in their Spring Biking Bee Adventures with our Pollinator Park featured on their route. Check out their awesome websites here:

The Moths and Butterflies of NZ Trust conserve New Zealand’s biodiversity so that our butterflies and moths, and their habitat are enhanced and protected to benefit present and future New Zealanders.

If you would like to learn more about these important pollinators

The cool folk at Karma Cola have gifted us a bunch of drinks for our opening events. These guys are awesome, remember when you choose a karma cola, lemmy lemonade or ginger-ella when you go to the cafe, you are also supporting some great community projects like ours!   http://karmacola.co.nz/

We are excited to be a part of Bee Aware Month!

The month of September is fully dedicated to celebrating bees! This awesome month is filled with events, articles and giveaways run by Apiculture New Zealand.

Creative Woodcraft are qualified craftsmen with a love for pollinators! They create a range of products to help our pollinator pals, from nesting boxes to feeding benches.

We are featuring two of my favourite products in our first Pollinator Park - a bumble bee abode and a leafcutter bee box!

If you'd like to check them out come down to the Pllinator Park open day on October 1st to help install them!
